NAME
       mgrtopbm - convert a MGR bitmap into a portable bitmap

SYNOPSIS
       mgrtopbm [mgrfile]

DESCRIPTION
       Reads  a  MGR bitmap as input.  Produces a portable bitmap
       as output.
