NAME
       pbmtomgr - convert a portable bitmap into a MGR bitmap

SYNOPSIS
       pbmtomgr [pbmfile]

DESCRIPTION
       Reads  a  portable bitmap as input.  Produces a MGR bitmap
       as output.
